The
Department of Nutrition and Food Science offers a M.S. degree in Family
and Consumer Sciences with the Nutrition and Food Science
specialization and a M.S. degree in Biological Sciences with the Human
Nutrition and Food Science Specialization. The graduate faculty has diverse research interests and
expertise. The department also offers variety of graduate courses.
